STUDY HALL
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is for students who need help in improving homework completion and test performance. Each student receives after school assistance from a credentialed teacher, 16 to 40 hours per month, including:
- Teacher assistance with homework, test preparation, study and organizational skills.
- Participation within a small group.
- Communication with an established contact person at the student’s school.
- Review and monitoring of school assignments and academic performance.
Study Hall sessions are daily teacher-monitored group sessions designed for students whose grades do not reflect their intellectual potential.
